​all orders are processed within 2-4 business days. orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

​if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

standard: 3-4 working days - €4
registered: 2-3 working days - €10

for all other countries, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. customers from countries outside the eu will be liable to pay a customs charge not covered by sb.

• orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.
• orders are dispatched from monday to friday (excl. bank holidays).
