The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days in its original condition and have all tags on it. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of STAY BRZY.

Refunds/exchanges take 3-5 days to be processed from the day we receive the item.
